Role: Sr Manager, Data Warehouse & Reporting Location: Canton, MA Responsibilities: Implement and operationalize data warehouse solution â single source aggregating, consolidating and integrating internal and external commercial data Lead development and execution to ensure data integration design, data models, and data quality standards are in adherence with scalable, highly performing business intelligence (BI) solution Develop and implement master data management solution in collaboration with Sales Operations Develop and implement reporting and analytics platform (BI Analysis and Reporting tools) Oversee ongoing operation, enhancements and functionality of analytics and reporting platform(s)(policies, procedures, guidelines, and operations) Support the development and distribution of dashboards and reports to internal stakeholders highlighting market and product performance from the data/systems perspective Support Sales Operations in the data capture, reporting and data validation related to sizing, alignments, targeting, sales performance and Incentive Compensation (data supporting the IC plan, payouts, etc.) Collaborate with analyst(s) on development of reporting templates and data distribution Desired Skills and Experience 5+ years in a people leadership role for a data warehousing/data integration (implementation and development) teams 3+ years BioPharmaceutical experience in similar capacity. Demonstrated experience and success developing, implementing, optimizing and administrating data warehousing systems and BI platforms (e.g. Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc) Demonstrated experience leading teams that have delivered commercial data analytics products/ services to a diverse commercial customer base Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, MIS or a related degree
