Develop and/or adopt, deploy and align Corporate Master Data standards cross-functionally across manufacturing areas and all applications Ensure that Business Processes/SOPs are aligned with changes in master data standards. Ensure data completeness, integrity and accuracy Manage global master data across all US sites. Create and manage Master Data elements (Items, BOMs, Routings, Customers, Vendors) across all ERP Systems Properly structure Bills of Material (BOM) ensuring consistency in information from various sources Ensure that master data KPIs are consistent across all applications and manufacturing facilities and are analyzed and reported as required. Provide the training and support to all colleagues in creating and understanding of their use data within the ERP systems â?? identify impacted users. Serve as ERP super-user for material, vendor, and customer data. Serve as escalation point to troubleshoot data related issues Provide analysis and support of Material Performance KPIs â?? waste, yield, inventory variances, etc., by creating, managing and sharing data in usable formats. Desired Skills and Experience Education: Bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related and relevant field; or equivalent work experience. APICS certification a plus Essential experience: 1 - 3 years of Master Data Management experience, 1 year of experience in business analysis and/or project experience. Knowledge of ERP systems. Knowledge of Principles of Data Governance. Shows a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving. Has above average inter-personal skills and is confident in dealing with end-users. Is familiar with the software development life cycle and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems. Has a good understanding of business process improvement Is meticulous and pays attention to detail. Working knowledge of Food Products, BOM design, ERP transactions. Skilled with MS Excel or database applications used to support data conversion.
