Provide effective leadership to project teams from sourcing to resource utilization; ensure team members are motivated and delivering as expected. â?¢ Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. â?¢ Participates in aspects of design of customizations, development, prototyping, testing, deployment, documentation and integration across functional modules. â?¢ Assist in defining system rules as they relate to business requirements; coordinate set-up and testing of enhanced system functionality. â?¢ Acts as a liaison to End Users, Corporate Information Technology and 3rd party vendors regarding system development or issues. â?¢ Responsible for all aspects of ecommerce technology, working closely with marketing systems owners, liaising with Information Technology and Vendors. â?¢ Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with related business partners. â?¢ Ensure adherence to and support of architectural and infrastructural policies, standards and direction; influence direction standards where change is needed. Desired Skills and Experience â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience â?¢ Minimum of four years of direct job-related experienced required â?¢ Knowledge of web applications and development tools â?¢ Demonstrated ability to manage applications throughout all phases of project life-cycle â?¢ Experience in a distribution environment or pet food industry is a plus â?¢ Willingness to learn new technologies â?¢ Excellent dependability and reliability
