Job ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operation of the retail merchandising and reporting systemsManage system security, including the creation of user roles and assignment of user permissionsTroubleshoot, research, and resolve application issues, working with the vendor as neededManagement, documentation, and monitoring of application maintenance procedures, scheduled jobs, system configurationEnsure that the changes to the system follow establish change control and other SOX controlsWorking with business stakeholders, update and maintain system master data including merchandise hierarchy, general lookups, and data elementsWork with infrastructure staff to monitor system health and ensure that system performance meets business SLAsRequired QualificationsBachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldMinimum 2-3 years experience managing an Mi9 Merchant or similar retail systemKnowledge of MicroStrategy reporting is a plusKnowledge of SQL Server is a plusKnowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plusExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsProven communication and collaboration skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyThorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and enterprise application conceptsAbility to provide remote and on-site support after regular business hours (weekdays and weekend)
