Role: Retail Technology Services-Intermediate Business Analyst
Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Three to five years of previous analysis or software development experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Demonstrated understanding of current technologies.
Strong commitment to software quality.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Solid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, and relationship building skills.
Experience with B2B and B2C eCommerce environment.
Experience with ATG preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts.
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently or with a team environment.
Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving solutions is crucial to this role.
Strong working knowledge of Project Management, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation , e-mail and internet software applications. Experience with Microsoft products preferred.
