Oracles Application DBA with RMS (Retail Merchandising System) Location: Katy, TX Duration: Long Term Contract (1+ Year) PRIMARY PREFERRED SKILLS: 8-10 Years of technical and functional experience in Retek applications. Technical knowledge of Oracle Retail applications - RMS, RPM, RIB, Allocations, ReIM, ReSA and SIM; Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, UNIX scripting, Java/J2ee, XML and & admin experience Minimum experience of 2 - 3 years\' experience as Oracle Retail DBA (Desired exp) Responsible for DB admin of Oracle Retail MOM Suite of apps (Desired exp) Experience using Explain Plan, OEM for db and SQL tuning Understanding of Oracle Retail technology stack, tools and architecture Experience working on integration projects; integrating Oracle Retail with other non-Oracle applications (custom built and packaged) Experience working with onshore and offshore deliver teams Analytical and Strong verbal & writing skills OPTIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS: Candidate should ideally also have experience/familiarity with web service integration and UC4 Job Scheduling Services upgrade.
