General Job Duties Initiate and maintain an efficient cycle count strategy... Identify, resolve, expedite and prevent material shortages through inventory tracking, cycle counts and communications with Receiving, Purchasing, and Production personnel Performs analytical audits for inventory accuracy, problem resolution, and reconciliation of discrepancies within areas of responsibility... Troubleshoot inventory variances as required Resolve PO and Pricing issues Run PF report tracking, communicating and coordinating resolution for PFs greater than 14 days. Track and resolve SAP/Flex Net vendor compliance (labeling, palletizing, packaging instructions.. Trouble shoot and resolve SAP/Flex Net transaction Errors Maintain end user profiles and authorizations Develop, track and post individual, shift, weekly, monthly productivity Flows/Sub contracting ISO Document control Flows/Sub contracting Portal Updates Inbound/Outbound Freight Optimization Perform in a manner consistent with company, department Compass Tools and Equipment Used In Job Competency in Microsoft Office software & knowledge of inventory systems. Environmental Factors Inventory Control Specialists are provided with and required to wear safety glasses, uniforms and steel-toed shoes when on production and warehouse floor. Essential Functions Manipulation requirements: (Hands or Feet): This position requires an individual to constantly perform one and/or all of the following movements/functions: Handle, reach, feel perform fine motor manipulations with their hands, and perform gross motor manipulations involved in moving materials.
