Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance team and operations team during Material Handling equipment faults and process stoppages.
- Creation of documents to include details of faults, stoppages and product information relevant to shipping, receiving and inventory.
- Monitoring internal controls and processes of storage retrieval systems and wave management systems and make recommendations as needed.
- Reducing process errors, while improving productivity, accuracy and minimizing out of stocks.
- Use of Microsoft Excel to arrange and gather data about automation processes and procedures for daily reporting and action planning.
- Mixed role where candidate has to split his time, 40% in an Automated Warehouse and 60% on MS Excel.
