? Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Work involves the management and scheduling of deliveries of materials and properly controlling

the warehouse, receiving, storing, and shipping and movement of bulk supplies and materials.

? Personnel will check shipping documents to verify incoming and outgoing materials/mail.

? Perform receipt/shipment of supplies, warehouse layout and manually stack, arrange, and rotate

items within warehouse.

? Track the receipt/shipment of supplies by agency.

? Perform standard acceptance procedures for receiving and issuing supplies in accordance with

Standard Operating Procedures.

? Tally incoming items, verify shortages, and visually inspect contents of containers for damage.

? Track all items; contact the agency representatives to pick-up/sign for their materials/supplies/or

mail.

? Process materials into and out of a supply system.

? Establish and maintain supply records, including methods used in tallying types and quantities of

items against receiving and shipping documents.

? Palletize, stack, and otherwise place and arrange items in storage locations in consideration of

size, shape, weight, quantity, type, stock number, letter and number codes, and other storage

factors.

? Remove storage and assemble for shipment or issue, quantities, unit of issue, and types of items

shown on issue request.

? Perform cargo handling and hauling and techniques for safeguarding and protecting cargo, traffic

and safety regulations, practices, and procedures pertaining to fork lift operations.

? Operate one or more electric, powered pallet jacks.

? Support current warehousing methods, procedures, and material handling techniques; and of

warehousing functions, such as material receiving, storage, issuing, and preservation.

? Operate and maintain X-Ray equipment to screen all incoming deliveries to identify dangerous

objects which can threaten property and personnel.

? Process, handle, and store materials and equipment through a warehouse or supply facility.

Receive and store incoming stock.

? Perform data entry and adhere to the HAZMAT rules and regulations.
