Title:MS BI Designer / Developer
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Irving,TX
Need Microsoft BI Designer / Developer for a contract opportunity located in Irving, TX.Required Experience:Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services including Tabular modeDimensional ModelingETL DesignMicrosoft Excel PowerPivotMicrosoft Excel Power QueryMicrosoft Power ViewMicrosoft SharePoint Excel ServicesMust be a team playerThis is a step above a techie, but must be someone consultative and can talk to the business and work with a team lead. 20% of time will be with MS Excel and Power View and SharePoint Excel Services60-80% SSAS extending existing cubes and building out dataHeavy requirements gathering component as this is a new build to help with long term BI StrategyShould be strong in Dimensional Modeling and have a solid understanding of OLTP and OLAP concepts
