Role: SharePoint Business Analyst Location: Inver Grove Heights MN. Duration: Contract to hire- Position Summary Immediate opening for a contract to hire or direct hire SharePoint Business Analyst to provide configuration, design, requirements for use of Collaboration, Document Management and other aspects of the SharePoint environment. Position Responsibilities & Duties Provide front-end analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation, implementation, and support of assigned projects, including the development of best business practices. Build and define systems scope and objectives through research and gathering information. Support, test, and make enhancements on complex information systems and develop adequate error management functionality. Acquire business and user needs, document requirements, and manage and/or develop enhancements. Provide test plans and test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing of completed projects. Quantify business benefits to be delivered by the project or enhancement. Required Experience: Bachelors degree At least 5 years of business analysis experience: o Business process definition, requirements definition and development o Experience with Collaboration, Document Management, Work Flow, Content Management, eSignature. Experience with SharePoint 2010 and 2013. Desired Experience: Experience with Office 365 including SharePoint. Experience with Case tools, MS SQL Server, MS Visio, and MS Project. Experience with process mapping.
