Essential Duties:
- Development activities include the design of new sections of an integrated company-wide portal or standalone SharePoint sites and integration with other enterprise systems or 3rd party plug-insDesign and develop web parts and websites that utilize SharePoint technologyParticipate in the implementation of usability standards and ensure adherenceWork with internal clients and staff to determine appropriate design requirements, translating into an optimal, easy to use solutionProvide input to the development and execution of design standardsDesign, develop and, implement front-end solutions for various Lines of Business including BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, and performance indicatorsDesign and implement user interface and workflowsRespond to directions from management in implementing solutionsDevelop and review migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needsDevelop core business content types and list/library structuresAbility to provide Tier 1 & 2 user supportEducation: Bachelorâ??s degree in IT related discipline or an equivalent experience.
- Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Workflows, and Infopath desiredExperience with web services, XML, JavaScriptExperience with Visual Studio, SQL ServerSkills: Experience with SharePointFundamental understanding of database concepts, including SQL, stored procedures, and triggersPractical experience in software development lifecycleAbility to think and perform in a process oriented mannerAble to work independently or collaborativelySelf-motivated, fast learner with exceptional follow-through and capable of working independentlyAnalytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and qualityAbility to manage workload across multiple fast-paced projectsExcellent, demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in verbal and other formsEnglish proficiency and excellent grammatical, writing, and editorial skills are required
