RESPONSIBILITIES Support monthly financial reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to parent company for their worldwide consolidations and public filings Assist in system loads during critical Forecast deadlines by uploading data into the LVMH Syrus reporting tool Ability to perform topside financial reporting adjustments in BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation tool) through Excel (such as balance sheet reclasses, tax accruals, etc.) Prepare management reports for distribution to upper management and Sephora Global Ability to develop and implement procedural improvements in operations and reporting Documentation of all processes in relation to internal management reporting and external reporting to Sephora Global and Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) Serve as backup to administrator for BPC Special projects, as necessary Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required with strong knowledge of GAAP. IAS knowledge desirable Financial Reporting and consolidation experience preferred (especially for large multinational companies or their business units) 2-5 years of related business experience, Retail industry preferred Advanced expertise with Excel applications, especially in pivot tables, v-lookups and manipulating spreadsheets. Experience with SAP and SAP Business Objects Must be willing to work overtime during month-end close (3 days) Must thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills able to work effectively as a team member Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
