Job Type: Contract (6 months with extension)

Skills: PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Consultant with NA Payroll
Experience: Strong communication and stakeholders management skills, People Management.

Job Description:

• Have strong functional knowledge with PeopleSoft HCM modules, especially on NA Payroll.
• Experience in at least one Payroll integration with GL (preferred with PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Financials).
• Experience in at least 2 other Payroll Implementations.
• Experience in documenting Business Requirements, process flow and Functional Design.
• Participate in design review; prepare user test cases and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide end user training, communicate new functionality to end users
• Provides periodic status reports to business users as needed.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of experience as Functional consultant (preferred at least 70% functional)
• Experience in PeopleSoft NA Payroll module (preferred in PeopleSoft 9.1)
• Know-how-to setup Payroll tables for GL account code/ Chart fields
• Knowledge on using PS Query and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
