- The ideal resources will join fulltime but we are open to considering consultants
- Hands on and management of definition, design, construction, quality assurance and delivery of technical work products.
- Lead technical team by working closely with analysts and translating requirements for developers
- Clearly communicates to both IT and business unit staff the features and limitations of the technical work products.
- Designs solutions with input from project team, client IT staff, and client business personnel as appropriate
- Documents design and architecture of technical solutions
- Works closely with project team by assisting in creation of data models, system requirements, technical specifications from user requirements
- Articulates complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences
- Manage system changes and keep design documents current; negotiate changes to project plans based on new requirements and/or design constraints.
- Enforce change management processes across all documentation and technical work products
- Assist in validation of systems against business/functional requirements.
- Informatica MDM experience.
