Supply Chain Analyst loc : Tulsa, OK

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Job duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key business sponsors to understand business requirements, preferred suppliers, risks, and timelines associated with related commodities.
  • Responsible for the sourcing and contracting of commodities including Wellheads/Frac Stack, Directional, Aux Services (light towers, casing crews), Road, pads, pits, & construction general, Consultants, Frac Tanks, Tanks & vessels, Compression, Automation (EP skids), Pumping Units, Gas lift, ESP, Rods, Roustabout, Workover Rigs
  • Aggregate product and service demand across when relevant to maximize leverage and achieve business sponsor support for sourcing events. Structure and execute strategic sourcing processes aligning with long term objectives. Qualify potential suppliers and develop and execute requests for proposal.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and effectively manage any quality, service or product performance issues.
  • Work together with other Supply Chain analysts to ensure contract compliance
  • Conduct contract risk assessments, and audit product invoices.
  • Manage overall material acquisition workflow, workload allocation, and process lead times.
  • Negotiate price, quality, and logistics of equipment, material, and services while working with budget and legal constraints.
  • Use material and inventory tracking system to understand and plan stocking levels and compliance.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in oilfield related purchasing
  • Production/Operations experience and/or Industry Knowledge
  • Project Management skills including project planning, scheduling and accountability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

Job Preferences:

  • Direct experience with process improvement initiatives
  • 10 years experience in oilfield related purchasing
  • Discounted cash flow analysis experience
  • Supply Chain or related certification
