Responsibilities Actively promote a culture of Continuous Improvement â?¢ Lead teams in continuous improvement activities, process redesign and waste elimination â?¢ Perform analysis, suggest improvement actions and coordinate implementation of continuous improvement plan to enhance performance, quality, sustainability and safety, reduce cost and achieve budget targets â?¢ Billing, P&L analysis & Budget â?¢ In charge of monthly billing â?¢ Manage systems to ensure that pricing structures adequately reflect logistics costing â?¢ Participate in budget preparation â?¢ Project management â?¢ Key project member for the implementation of the automation system â?¢ Lead locally project either from customer initiative or from Bollore â?¢ Coordinate project with internal and external stakeholders, issue progress report, maintain issue logs and project reports as appropriate â?¢ Support the implementation of new projects in the operations by leading the implementation of new infrastructure, systems and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders â?¢ Cooperate with other logistics facilities in the network to benchmark best practices â?¢ Cooperate with B.Labs to watch and identify any potential innovation for the Operations â?¢ In charge of promoting and implementing the sustainable program within the Operations / facility â?¢ Report to customer road map progress â?¢ Work with CSR teams and other logistics facilities to identify best practices to be implemented Benefits â?¢ Competitive compensation â?¢ Generous benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental and vision) â?¢ 401(k) matching â?¢ Life insurance & disability â?¢ Discretionary bonus â?¢ Paid time off / Holidays â?¢ Career advancement
