Job descriptionSummary:
  • Company is world's leading supplier of integrated display and scoring systems is seeking a Sales Support Associate in either its' Edwardsville, Greenville, or Highland IL location.

  • The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing integrated strategic sourcing strategies to improve company overall performance.
  • This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for company Transportation Services, including: Global Inbound/Outbound, Truckload, LTL, Parcel and Brokerage ServicesManage internal freight quoting process to assist Sales and MarketingOwn and manage all vendor relationships.
  • Continuous cost savings managementIdentify and implement industry best practices across all functional groups Identify, qualify and onboard new vendorsNegotiate and enforce MSAs and LSAs with all vendorsNegotiate best price, quality, service levels and delivery terms for purchased products with logistics service providers.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with strategic vendors to ensure integrated supply chain performance to maintain cost, service, quality, and to drive YOY improvementsMonitor and enforce .
  • Logistics Service Agreements to maximize customer satisfaction, and to satisfy company business requirementsWork with cross functional team to implement and execute a global quality management platform with automated and tracked corrective actionsOther category management .

Responsibilities and duties :
  • As assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor\'s Degree required or equivalent experience; MBA preferredAdvanced understanding of business systems, business processes and financial management (P & L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
  • Vendor Management experience of Tier 1 and 2 logistics service providersDemonstrated experience in retail / B2B supply chain fulfillment operations.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge requiredDemand Planning software and MRP experience or equivalent experience preferredExperience in driving organizational financial performance.
  • Experience with global supply chain software platforms (ERP, MRP, PLM or FP & A).
  • Experience in import, export, global trade complianceExceptional analytical skillsDetail oriented with superior organizational skills.Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to travel overseas on short notice
