Job description As Manager of Supply Chain Planning & Integration you will lead supply and demand planning functions for client. This role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Technical Operations, but will work closely with the entire operations, sales and marketing teams. Primary Responsibilities â?¢ The Manager of Supply Chain Planning & Integration will have full oversight of supply and demand planning functions at client and will own achievement of inventory objectives, customer service goals and ongoing process improvements. â?¢ Directs, develops and implements the Planning function, overseeing the establishment of S&OP process, inputs and needed tools. â?¢ Builds and maintains strong relationships with marketing, sales and other functional teams; utilizes those relationships to enhance business performance. â?¢ Creates balanced scorecard of metrics to measure, analyze and monitor performance and establishes appropriate review/response from such measures. â?¢ Serve as the supply chain leader or overall leader for projects impacting the supply chain and commercial (Sales) teams â?¢ Demand Planning Responsibilities: â?¢ Owns the demand planning (consensus) process for client â?¢ Develops and communicates the monthly demand plan (18-24 month horizon) â?¢ Maintains & delivers weekly DC level forecasts â?¢ Establishes/monitors demand planning metrics and drives continuous improvement towards key goals â?¢ Develops monthly/weekly forecasts for key products/customers/channels â?¢ Partners with Marketing to develop new product initiative forecasts â?? balancing supply needs with inventory exposure â?¢ S&OP responsibilities: â?¢ Ensures best practices and policies related to monthly S&OP are established, trained upon being adhered to throughout the planning process.
