- Skillset:
- PM with strong functional knowledge of Validation and QA for pharmaceutical or biotech
- Able to effectively communicate to business partners across all levels all the way up to leadership (not technical speak)
- Able to work in a chaotic, high-pressure environment
- Knows project management framework (PMP or other project management certification)
- Lead, guide, and steer the business partners who know Oracle well but are not SAP experts
- Set up an effective project management framework to ensure weâ??re tracking to our deliverables
- Identify and provide solutions for mitigating risks and issues
- Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items
- Log and manage Change Requests to completion
- Create and update status dashboards
