Salesforce Administrator (ON-SITE) LOC : Downers Grove, IL

Primary Purpose

  • The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting and customizing Univaras Salesforce.com implementation.
  • Activities will include troubleshooting and responding to user support requests, maintain Content libraries and Chatter Groups, native customization, report and dashboard creation, training end-users on new and existing functionality, and evaluating new features.
  • The Salesforce Administrator will be part of an Agile delivery team that is developing new functionality with Scrum.
  • This position reports to the CRM Manager in Sales Operations and will work closely with Sales Operations Business Analysts and IT Salesforce Developers and is expected to be onsite at our Downers Grove, IL location full time.
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work with the Identity and Access Management team for user access provisioning, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, assignment rules, and queues.
  • Declarative configuration, such as custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, page layouts, email services, approval processes, and field updates according to application and business requirements.
  • Maintain the functional areas of accounts, contacts, campaigns, leads, opportunities, cases, custom objects, content, chatter, dashboards, and reports in both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Must be able to utilize Apex Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or Salesforce Workbench to import and/or export data to and from Salesforce.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed. Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues.
  • Work with product management to understand requirements and develop mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Ensure effective and accurate tracking and logging of Salesforce support and related report issues.
  • Ability to triage issues as they come in to help with assignment and routing of production support needs.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  • The Salesforce Administrator may be exposed to a variety of new and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with any of these technologies is a plus: MuleSoft for real-time application integration Informatica Cloud for batch data integration Informatica
  • Test Data Management for data slicing and masking in non-production environment
  • Skuid or equivalent for GUI replacement Jenkins and Apache ANT for automated build and continuous integration
  • GitHub for source control Jira for backlog, task, test, and defect management
  • Balsamiq for rapid-prototypingEducation/TrainingCollege courses or Associates degree
