Duties/ Responsibilities

 

Design, develop, maintain andsupport enterprise applications in Salesforce.com including developing ApexTriggers, Visualforce Pages and Apex Classes.

Integrate Salesforce.com andLegacy systems using Salesforce APIs.

Demonstrate thorough knowledgeof Salesforce.com architecture, provide innovative solution approaches toprogramming, database development and application integration efforts.

Interface with business and ITteams to understand and translate business needs into formal technicalrequirements and application code.

Develop and execute qualityunit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changesmeet technical specifications.

Work with business teams tocomplete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing.

Provide support for all systemtesting efforts including unit testing, functional testing end-to-testing,validation testing and user acceptance testing.

Create Packages to deploy codefrom Sandbox to Production environment.

Troubleshoot all issues relatedto code in Sandbox and Production environments.

Perform technical tasks relatedto CRM migration efforts.

Adhere to all security, changecontrol and MHBE Project Management Office (PMO) policies, processes andmethodologies.

Note: The candidate musthave the flexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends, holidays,and off-hours.

 

 

 

inimum Qualifications

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Salesforce.com applications development and implementation. A minimum of four (4) years of experience using Apex Classes / Controllers, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force Page/Components, Test Classes, schedule jobs, batch jobs and email services. A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Salesforce Integration using Salesforce APIs and Middleware. A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in packaging and deploying applications, deploying meta-data between environments using ANT and change sets. Good knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, ability to provide innovative solution approaches, support programming, database development and application integration efforts.

 

Preferred Qualifications The additional Experience/Knowledge/Skills listed below are preferred by the MHBE.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in migrating CRM applications from Oracle or other CRM products to Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Highcharts, Web service API. Knowledge of Salesforce.com Appexchange apps generally used in Service Cloud. Salesforce Developer/Advanced Developer/Service Cloud certifications. Experience in implementing Salesforce Communities. Knowledge of Salesforce data loader.
