Salesforce Administrator

Location:Alpharetta, GA

Duration:6 months

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Information systems or equivalent combined education and experience
  • Requires Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM 201 and ADM211)
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • 3+ years Salesforce.com experience in IT
  • 4+ years of CRM experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of Communities preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of business processes, practices, and related systems across several functional areas
  • Good grasp of latest Information Technology products and solutions for a major business function
  • Strong working knowledge of application architectures
  • Strong working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
  • Familiarity with systems across multiple platforms
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills. In depth experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word is required
  • Ability to develop and deliver projects using leading-edge technology and/or processes
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment
  • Process oriented logical thinking and understanding of models, use cases, information architectures
  • Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
  • Position may require work to be performed off business hours and weekends
