Providing Ongoing Support for Salesforce/Sales Technology Platform for the Organization:

  • Be the point person for questions and challenges that arise from daily use by multiple teams
  • Create, customize, and maintain page layouts, views, reports, and dashboards using functional knowledge of the Salesforce data structure
  • Update and trouble shoot user permissions, sharing, and workflow rules
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data
  • Serve as the specialist for data housed in the sales technology platform - which may include driving the general approach and execution of data cleansing efforts in collaboration with users and developers
  • Monitor incoming problem tickets and system metrics around usage and data integrity, developing and implementing technical or communication action plans to resolve problem trends
  • Understand and proactively manage downstream implications of changes to reports, dashboards, views, and new data fields initiated by user requests
  • Participate in ongoing platform enrichment projects by identifying areas of improvement and growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experiences as a Salesforce administrator
  • salesforce.com Administrator certification is preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and growth of Salesforce within an organization
  • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce as a sales analysis tool
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
