- Is currently seeking a President & CEO who possesses a passion for the mission and values of the United Way, unquestionable integrity, a strategic, long-term perspective, a strong sense of accountability,
- A proven ability to inspire others and to get things done, wisdom and sound judgment, a thoughtful and supportive approach to management leadership, combined with the creativity and courage to shift direction,
- Innovate and implement new initiatives in furtherance of United Ways mission, a high energy level and sense of humor.
- The President & CEO is a leader who will bring a new vision to the organization and work with a diverse team of high-performing leaders, staff and volunteers alike.
- Responsible to the Board of Directors, and together with the key partners and teams, you will provide leadership and influence to lead the transformation and continued evolution of.
- You are a proven transformation leader who will aggressively promote a culture of fundraising throughout the organization.
- You will bring an innovative approach and perspective to the fundraising strategy while stabilizing the existing donor base to build a reliable and consistent revenue generating stream.
- You are someone who is, or can become, an integral part of the community.
