  • Directs the development and communication of the overall E-Commerce strategy.
  • Ensures the implementation of E-Commerce strategies integrated with all electronic channels (Internet, ATM, and telephony).
  • Researches applicable E-Commerce trends, tools, products, and services applied in the financial industry.
  • Evaluates E-commerce effectiveness.
  • Responsible for ensuring organization databases are properly implemented, tuned and maintained.
  • Directs the Database Administration groups strategy.
  • Ensures the e-commerce customer experience including design, content, navigation, architecture, branding, performance and functionality meets standards.
  • Develops annual objectives and budgets and leads the department to accomplish approved objectives within the approved budgets.
  • Performs Business Resumption planning for assigned departments and validates the adequacy of the plansRecruits, leads, and develops staff to fulfill the departments objectives.

  • Manages relationships with vendors to ensure maximum benefit for the credit union, its members and to achieve departmental goals.
  • Fosters an atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration among department staff and with other departments.
  • Evaluates, selects, and approves vendors to maintain the quality of member services.
  • Holds staff meetings with assigned personnel to discuss areas needing improvement, member survey results and corrective action, changes in policies and procedures, new developments or services and to present general information.
  • Resolves employee relations issues, coordinates and oversees cross-training and cross-selling, conduct performance evaluations periodically, motivate and encourage \"team effort\" of assigned personnel.
  • Ensures that assigned staff are properly trained and follow guidelines.
  • The Ideal Candidate Will HaveMust have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology or Management4 or more years of directly related technical managerial experience.
  • Proficiency using MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and SymitarMasters Degree in Business or Technology and experience in a financial institution preferred.
