POSITION PURPOSE:

The Oracle OIC , Solution Development & Integration (Manufacturing) is a critical member of the Information Technology team whose primary mission is to partner with key business and IT leaders for the delivery of business system design and development used to enable and support critical business functions and processes across the enterprise. This position requires expertise in Oracle OIC Development and areas of business operations, processes and application technologies across the key business functions of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include; supporting Oracle Cloud OIC interfaces, Monitoring interfaces for errors and issues, Designing improvements to the interfaces and configuring those interfaces to support company objectives. Support existing interfaces including analyzing and resolving problems and analyzing and designing end user service requests as appropriate. Provide a high-level of customer service across the organization with a primary focus on systems availability, performance, reliability, security, and established service level metrics.

As a leader on the Solution Development & Integration team, this role must partner with business leadership to understand business direction and translate this direction to information technology needs; work with business stakeholders to define project scope and requirements; take a lead role in defining, prioritizing, organizing initiatives; and be accountable for solution delivery. Provide technical and solution architecture leadership during end-to-end life-cycle solution development to ensure quality of delivery and adherence to best practices. Support, maintain, and deliver solutions and services within a large, complex applications ecosystem. Participates in project prioritization and planning, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of technology as it relates to the organization's competitive position. Collaborates with the IT leadership team to define the long-term organization-wide application capabilities needed and implements the overall strategy and roadmap to ensure optimal technology operations and return on investment.

 


 

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

Experience

·       2-5 years experience developing Oracle OIC integrations in a cloud environment.

·       2-5 years experience leading projects through solution design and development cycle..

·       Nice to Have: Experience in building FAW OIC and BICC pipelines.

 

Skills

·       Oracle OIC Integration development

·       SQL and Oracle SQL Developer Skills

·       Mastery of Table, Package, and Procedure creation and deployment

·       SaaS report and data modeling.

Education

·       Bachelors of Science in IT or Business Degree

·       Significant Oracle OIC development experience will substitute for degree requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·       Review and trouble shoot existing Oracle OIC integrations.

·       Design and Develop new Oracle OIC Integrations.

·       Design system changes and project level business process enhancements.

·       Supervisory Responsibilities:

·       This person reports directly to Manager, Solution Development & Integration Services

·       This person does not have supervisory responsibilities.

·       Candidate must work well with others and demonstrate work in a team environment.

SCOPE & EXPECATIONS:

·       Travel Requirements:

·       Person must be available for travel to any of our manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico.

·       Travel can be as high as 20-25% of the employees time.

·       Typically, travel is not required buy may be needed to work with the business to define system changes and processes

·       Recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews.
