- The selected candidate will: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience5-7+ years experience in an E-Commerce role with budget and/or P&L responsibilityProven ecom and/or direct marketing experience.
- Prefer working in a highly entrepreneurial environment where being hands on is critical to the day to day running of the businessKnowledge of and experience with Demandware is strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of E-Commerce backend systems and operations as well as working knowledge of web platforms, technologies and development life cycle as well as strong technical knowledge and experience using marketing automation toolsSolid strategy development and analytical skills, sound business judgment and the ability to provide direction to senior managementSuperb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels
- Excellent management and project management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationshipsBe extremely customer- and brand-focused
