Job description
Lead the budgeting process for all corporate groups, including the overall consolidation, both the annual Plan and quarterly forecasts. This includes the P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow & CAPEX.
Partner with Department heads in reviewing and delivering monthly financial results in line with their agreed budgets, identifying areas needing corrective action and providing recommendations for corrective action and other cost savings initiatives.
Financial review including the identification of top line, margin and expense trends, and tracking and monitoring of financial performance compared to plan and prior year
Review, analyze and make observations and recommendations on financial reports (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily) and metrics reports
Develop additional KPIâ??s to measure effectiveness and efficiency of department cost structures.
Provide support and leadership to the headcount planning process.
Responsible for development of the strategic plan
Responsible for monthly/quarterly management reporting
Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Sr. Management
Ensuring company\'s internal and external financial information needs are met and required reports are submitted.
Develops and maintains relationships with financial services including banks, auditors and tax advisors.
Ad hoc analysis and special projects involving systemic improvements, expense deep dives, and implementation of corporate policies.
Desired Skills and Experience
CPA preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Extremely well developed analytical skills
Strong leadership and people management skills with a bias towards collaboration

Solid organization skills; ability to manage time effectively
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Able to effectively manage projects; results oriented and able to roll-up the sleeves in order to accomplish necessary tasks

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
