  • Is also a premier manufacturer of high performance sensors and integrated inertial systems for defense and commercial guidance and stabilization applications.
  • We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support through data gathering, report preparation and analysis, financial aspects of Airtime Services operations including monthly and annual accounting reports and analyses, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and general departmental reporting and monitoring for a range of internal customers.
Essential Job Requirements

  • Accounting AnalysesPrepare and analyze monthly and annual accounting reports including, but not limited to, deferred revenue, prepaid card sales and revenue, royalties payable, in ter company receivable, and geographic requirements and monitoring.
  • Compile and analyze monthly billing information for recording to the general ledger.
  • Departmental Reporting and MonitoringDevelop and maintain standard reporting library to support Airtime Agent team with generating reports in response to internal and external customer requests.
  • Maintain inventory and control over all recurring airtime reports distributed both internally and to customers (including CDRs).
  • Prepare quarterly reports such as for Quarterly Management Review and Quarterly Operations Review.
  • Prepare licensing, royalty and other reports necessary to support services.
  • Assist with designing and developing departmental Sales force dashboards to assist with department management.
  • Become expert in Custom Call data to serve as central point of contact for ad hoc report requests.
  • Responsible for annual financial and legal reporting requested of the Department.
  • Prepare key department metrics packages.
  • Data analysis and review; data cleansing projects as needed to ensure data integrity in reporting.Initiate and implement process improvements in areas of responsibility to facilitate department scalability.
  • Create and maintain work instructions for areas of responsibility.
  • Support customer analysis and reconciliation requirements.
  • Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Education

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial operations and/or accounting.
  • Bachelors degree required..
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Good business judgment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and aptitude for databases and reporting;
  • Crystal Reports a plus.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and adaptable to process, policy and other changes as part of a dynamic environment.
