ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Salesforce.comAdminister user accessRe-assign incoming sales leads and provide quality updates through Sales organizationEnsuring data integrity and complianceManage Salesforce.com reports and dashboardsDrive for process improvementsTrain users and Roll out new Salesforce.com features as they become availableResponsible for managing effective and accurate lead generation (salesforce.com input) as well as qualifying leads, and smoothly transitioning them to Key Account Managers in particular, but not limited, to Truck fleetsEnter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in Salesforce, create lead pipeline reports, analyze trends, identify opportunities to refine lead gen processFacilitate all design registration request globallyWork with the Pricing Committee and log all pricing approvalsAdminister the coordination all contracts with customer support, sales and legal departmentProvide support to price changes in the ERP system, based on pricing approvalsIn working with the CSA for each region, monitor credit limits and AR Aging for customers, escalating any issues to manager as necessary.
  • Highlight inconsistencies, determine the right course of action and present to manager for agreement on correct approachEscalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
