eCommerce Support Spec Loc: Miami, FL

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing initial research and analysis, and identifying solutions to moderately complex IT production problems and partner requests, and providing security administration services to strategic business partners.
  • Identifies and recommends solutions to problems that impact the functionality, operation and capabilities of integrated eCommerce systems.
  • Performs root-cause analysis and resolves problems.
  • Instructs and assists junior-level associates on resolving problems and requests related to application-based eCommerce systems.
  • May be required to occasionally work in an \'on-call\' capacity.
RequirementsEducation:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems desired OR 4 years of external related experience.
Experience:
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Communicates well both orally and in writing.Knowledge of personal computer platforms and operations including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Windows XP.Knowledge of pertinent diagnostic tools and call tracking software.
  • Ability to perform analysis on and determine root-cause of moderately complex IT production problems.
  • Ability to occasionally work in an \'on-call\' capacity.
