Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Responsibilities Manage HR software and tools including SuccessFactors, Open Hire, ADP Ev5 and various others Plan, Design, Build and deploy functionality and/or modules to maximize the usage of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Suite Effectively manage employee data and transactions in SuccessFactors Develop and Deliver timely Workforce Reports and Dashboards for HR and Executives Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to manage tickets, SLAs and workload for the team Support daily integrations from SuccessFactors to 3rd party payroll systems Lead the automation of HR process and drive continuous improvement Provide leadership and development to team members Establish HRIS governance to ensure compliance and timely response to Audit requestsSkills,
Experience & Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related degree 10+ years of experience managing, implementing, and supporting HR and Talent applications with 5+ years managerial experience Extensive experience with a Cloud HCM required, preferably with SuccessFactors Employee Central or Workday Collaborative and able to work with all levels of employees and cross functional teams Limited Travel required
