ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides marketing and corporate communication vision, innovation and leadership. Works closely with other Paycor function leaders to develop a seamless marketing and communications system that shapes brand recognition, accelerates revenue growth, and reinforces corporate culture. Formulates strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, and competitive analysis. Leads intensive planning, including tactics, deliverables, schedule and budget. Establishes quantifiable targets, outcomes, and metrics for all efforts. Shapes branding, key messages, and the creative direction and imagery that defines Paycor in the markets we serve and as an employer. Directs external communications, to include public, media, and community relations, and oversees any partners who provide these services. Directs internal communications, to include Associate communications, intranet, events, and other deliverables, that promote engagement and retention. Paces product and content marketing to align with Sales booking targets. Sets Paycorâ??s digital and media strategy including internet, social media, and video, and oversees the partners who provide these services. Partners with senior executives to develop communication on company strategy, business transactions, and highly-sensitive work used for Board and analyst relations. Serves as the primary marketing point of contact for communication issues and reputation management. Evaluates the Marketing and Corporate Comunication function for efficiency and effectiveness and stimulates the individual professional and personal growth of the Associates. REQUIREMENTS 7-10 years experience leading a marketing and corporate communications function for a complex organization Proven track record of contributing to company growth through focused marketing and corporate communications efforts. Demonstrated experience building, coaching, and motivating a high-performing, highly accountable team. Demonstrated experience in strategy development, project management, problem solving and change leadership. Balance of creativity with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to summarize complex issues and persuade others.
