Role: Oracle DBA Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Required Skills Hands on work experience with Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c database environments including but not limited to RAC, RMAN, Data Guard and other Oracle database features. Experience with designing, installing, operationally administering Oracle technologies like Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Application Server, Weblogic, OBIEE and the technology stack that support Oracle EBS platform Hands on work experience with 11i/R12 eBS modules, (AD) Application Developer, (Concurrent Manager, Work Flow, Discoverer and Developer) Strong working experience in RHEL (5/6) and Oracle Linux (5/6) Must be able to work effectively as a global team to manage multiple projects and deadlines with urgency, and deliver high quality results using best-practice methods. Self-starter; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently for on-time delivery. The individual will also work with vendors or consultants on projects and work with internal team members to resolve technical support issues. This position may involve after-work schedules and providing support as required globally on issues as they arise. Required Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience with Oracle database administration (Oracle DB 11g/12c). Strong in-depth Oracle database experience in database system tuning, SQL tuning, database migration, backup and recovery, and SQL/PLSQL. In addition, experience with implementing and maintaining an Oracle E-Business Suite R12 application environment. Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration including configuration, load balancing, backup/recovery, sizing and space management, PL/SQL tuning, diagnostics, and proficient with the use of Oracle Enterprise Manager tool. Experience in a UNIX and Linux environment. Must have experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SR and have vendor management experience. Ability to develop effective working relationships globally with our dba team, our customers, co-workers and management; with strong customer service orientation Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. Oracle certification a plus. Hands on experience with OBIEE, Demantra, iSupplier and/or Weblogic is a strong plus
