Role: Junior Data Scientist Location: Alexandria,VA Requirements Recent Quantitative Masters/PhD or Bachelors Degree with 1+ years of experience Experience building statistical models Experience leveraging machine learning methods Experience with large data sets (over 200 GB) Experience with time series data Experience with data cleansing and data munging Experience with R or Python/SPSS/SAS with ability to pick up R quickly Nice to have SQL and Tableau Experience Knowledge of software engineering Retail, Restaurant or Hospitality experience Client communication skills Understanding of Geo spatial data and visualization
