Major Responsibilities: Assist in production support issues resolution and batch scheduling. External Requirements Experience: Ideal Experience PeopleSoft Analyst with demonstrated proficiency in all phases of PeopleSoft development life cycle, from requirements, analysis, systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft v9.x Financials applications (GL, AP, AM, PO, Expenses, ePro). Must have 5 to 7 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Techno functional support analyst Must have used standard IT methodologies, performed business analysis and documentation. Experience in working with Off-shore team, supporting global implementations preferred. Experience in maintaining global PeopleSoft batch schedules including third party scheduling applications. Assist in environment management tactically scheduling refresh of non-Prod environments, running post refresh procedures. Identify problems and/or potential issues to formulate systemic solutions or propose business process alternatives to meet business requirements. Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide quick user response. Excellent SQL skills, knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle Database and Application tuning. Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Propensity and willingness to learn new technologies.
