Requirements 5+ years of building high-performance, large scale data bases 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hadoop cluster configuration and tuning Hands-on experience with major big data technologies including but not limited to MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Mahoot, Spark. Experience developing data tools with Python, Java, R Experience with data analysis using Machine Learning Self-driven and motivated, good communication skills B.S in Computer Science or related. Preferred skills: Experience with event log processing Familiarity with even sequence processing and analysis Experience with parallel processing for MySQL or NoSQL Knowledge of Scala, C/C++
