About the Job Title: Extended Warehouse Management (EWS) Lead SAP Implementation (100% remote with some travel for milestones -kick off, localization, go-live, etc.) - Multiple Location Across US

**Overview Our clients Supply Chain and Supply Chain Information Technology teams are undergoing an effort to modernize back-end supply chain systems. SAP S/4 HANA has been chosen as the ERP software to use for this multi-year modernization deployment effort. Specifically, within S/4 HANA they will be utilizing Sales and Distribution for its Order to Cash operations, Production Planning for its dough production operations within the warehouse, and Extended Warehouse management (EWM) for its warehouse management operations. There are 29 warehouses in the Supply Chain, with more planned in the future. Design and blueprinting phase have already been completed and a template design can be utilized for all future deployments.

The EWM Lead role should be able to configure from scratch a new EWM warehouse with this template as reference. Making all necessary localization changes to the template and master data to fit each warehouses unique physical layout. The EWM Lead is solely responsible for the configuration, testing, and deployment of 1 EWM warehouse at a time.

Duties

• Configuration
• Copy and configure NEW from scratch EWM warehouse using our Template
• Configure all necessary local changes required to fit unique physical layout of the warehouse
• Pick Path Storage bin types Bulk Storage settings Activity Areas Storage Types
• Configure any required adaptations based on any new business needs communicated
• Master Data Maintenance In tandem with business partners, maintain all warehouse specific master data upload files
• Storage bins Warehouse Product Data Fixed Bin Assignment Packaging Specifications
• Ensure the master data is in the correct format and ready to be uploaded in Dev, Quality, & Production clients.
• Testing Test ALL functional areas of EWM.
• Inbound Outbound Physical inventory PP integration Internal/Cross
• Process End to End interface testing with legacy ERPI Docs for most interfaces WRICEF testing for all existing and potential future enhancements
• Deploy and Hypercare
• Be onsite for at least 1 week during the cutover and deploy into production phase
• Be available for an additional 2 weeks post Go-Live for a total of 3 weeks of hyper care support
• Troubleshoot end user problems/questions to ensure smooth operations in the warehouse

Desired Qualifications

• At least 5 years SAP S/4 HANA functional experience
• At least 5 years SAP EWM functional experience
• At least 1 full end to end lifecycle implementation of EWM on S/4 HANA
• Strong functional background in EWM with ability to configure all functional processes
• Basic working knowledge of Sales and Distribution and Production planning within S/4 HANA
• Organization Information Enterprise Systems and Payments Reports to: SAP WMS and OTS Product Manager
