Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pittsburg, PA Duration: 6+ Months MUST have Agile experience; ALSO: iOS experience as they are porting the DigitalACE software to an iPAD. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: MUST have Agile experience; ALSO: iOS experience as they are porting the DigitalACE software to an iPAD Generally requires an understanding of the business and the information systems as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor\'s degree in business, information technology or a related field. 3-4 years of project management experience on progressively responsible and complex projects required. Experience with responsibility for comprehensive and complex projects preferred. Has thorough knowledge and understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field respective to the information systems to enable incumbent to manage highly complex projects. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above. Must be familiar with defining system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively direct and assign the activities of team members on highly complex and comprehensive projects. Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have the ability to plan and organize tasks to accomplish goals and objectives. Prior experience leading or directing other IT staff is required. PM needed to run learning platform portfolio and student retention initiative.
