Minimum 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience with a focus on business-critical projects in an extremely fast-paced agile environment ? Serve as a Project/Program Manager with overall project management for mobile software development activities using the Scrum Agile methodology ? Experience in applying Agile and Scrum project management techniques to solve business problems ? Ability to work across teams in a matrix organization ? Able to work with various levels of functional management and third-party vendors ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners ? Strong presentation and communication skills ? Familiarity with budget tracking and portfolio financial analysis ? Very positive attitude and good collaboration skills ? Proven track record of successfully managing projects ?
