Project Manager Location: Green, OH Duration: 6-12 m

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. They lead and direct internal teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project development and execution, while meeting all internal and external milestones and deadlines. The Project Manager is expected to manage multiple projects concurrently.


Job Duties:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from discovery through implementation / Go-Live
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to define business and technical requirements
  • Determine internal and external project resource requirements
  • Create and manage project schedules and milestones
  • Work with Procurement on the required hardware and/or services from suppliers ensuring on-time delivery and installation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Act as a liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
  • Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Effectively run weekly status calls with all clients
  • Ensure intended project goals and end client benefits are achieved

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college (Business, Leadership or Communications degree preferred)
  • 2-4 years of Project Management experience
  • Independent problem solving
  • Ability to work with cross – functional teams to achieve desired results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proactively interface at all levels
