The Sr HRIS Business Analyst (Talent Acquisition) will lead and drive global implementation of new Applicant Tracking System (Recruiting solution) for As required, also participate and drive benchmark activities in selection of new and emerging application technologies, and function as an internal consultant providing guidance to the TA team on best practices Candidate will work in a high energy, collaborative environment that will offer opportunities to challenge oneself and peers Principle Accountabilities/Duties: Serve as the strategic HRIS lead for the ATS implementation Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on the development of future road map for HRIS Recruiting in accordance with the Organizations strategy Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition functional as well as regional leads and inter-departmental business partners in gathering business requirements, analyzing them, performing gap analysis, providing solutions to getting new functionalities implemented Lead all Applicant Tracking and Recruiting related implementation projects, starting from planning, scoping out the project, understanding the complexities of each and every moving pieces and managing them to successful completion Develop subject matter expertise on the current ATS landscape and processes as well as how the system interacts with HR system (Workday), and the flow of data between the two systems Drive continuous improvement & optimization of current processes within ATS Partner with vendors and HRIT group in the development, testing, and rollout of integrations and manage future changes and upgrades Manage the overall relationship with the ATS vendor and liaise with the vendor on open issues/requested enhancements Set up custom reports, as necessary, for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team i.e. internal data requirements, annual and ad hoc reporting and development of dashboard reporting to support the need of global staffing metrics Establish standard operating procedures and audit processes within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure processes are compliant and data integrity is maintained Keep up to date with the changes in the legal and regulatory requirements, and work with the functional leads on any system changes or enhancements needed to support such changes Facilitate team processes; write and review Unit Testing, UAT test plans and scripts as needed Job Requirements Minimum (MUST HAVE) Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 6 to 10 years experience preferred in designing, building and implementing Applicant Tracking System or HR system including business process design and user interface mapping, testing and deployment Proficient working knowledge of general Human Resources including familiarity with the following functional areas (Recruiting and Staffing processes, Compliance/ER, Org Development, Core HR) Demonstrated capacity for gathering/scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong Microsoft Projects/Excel/Power Point skills Strong leadership to work as project leader to drive change and achieve multi-projects under pressure Excellent communication skills with solid influencing capability Passion to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges and results oriented
