Analyzes existing programming or formulates logic for new options, devised logic procedures, prepares flowcharing, performs coding and tests/debugs programming and enhancements. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. Provides direction for infrastructure needs. Interacts with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
