Specific Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of the J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne (“JDE ERP”) package in Distribution, Warehousing, and / or Manufacturing with focus on Sales Order Management.

At least 4 years’ experience implementing enterprise IT applications, defining and mapping business processes, system configuration and understanding integration between various applications.
Knowledge of supply chain business processes such as warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing.
Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and testing reports, conversions, interfaces, and system modifications.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL to a level that will allow the candidate to research issues.
Experience leading small projects or key components of large projects. Leadership activities include the following:
Creating accurate and complete detailed project plans, scope, and deliverables documents. Reporting on project progress, status and issue tracking.
Facilitating project meetings and discussion.
Directing and leading project teams.
Owning areas of the project where they will have to get into the details and lead / set the pace by example.
Good communication and documentation skills. Experience working with all levels of staff to define business and technical requirements as well as to perform application support.

Education Required or Desired: BA, BA or higher

Certification(s) Required or Desired: JDE ERP-related training or certification desired.
