PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Write new programs in RPG/400/ILE per provided specifications and requirements; test and debug code prior to production deployment.
- Modify existing RPG or CL programs for requested changes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and propose programmatic and/or process solutions.
- Research and resolve issues and identified application or data problems.
- QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

- A minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- Proven working experience as a programmer/analyst for JDE World ERP application.
- Experience and skills in RPG 400, RPG ILE, CL programming languages.
- XML a plus. Knowledge of DB2 relational database management system and JDE World tables.
- Working knowledge of financial modules: A/R, A/P, and General Accounting.
- Experience and understanding of JDE World Technical Foundation: DREAM writer, World Writer, system codes, data dictionary, SVR.
- Ability to research and resolve data issues using SQL, DBU or DFU.
- Solid understanding of basic business functions, especially accounting principles
- Ability to work with end users in a professional, helpful manner.
