Role: Lead SAP OTC-CRM Functional Configurator
Location: San Diego,CA

Education and Experience:
Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 8+ years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas.

Preferred Qualifications:
7-10 years of SAP SD-CRM experience preferred.
Expert in configuration & modification of Order-to-Cash process from both ECC and CRM.
Detail knowledge of Availability Check in both Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock process.
Integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, WM, IM, APO.
Knowledge in mySAP CRM CIC module including marketing, sales, sale order process.
Hand-on knowledge in BOM and Variant Configuration.
Working knowledge in SAP ecommerce with Hybris or CRM will be preferable.
Working knowledge in SAP Workflow.
User Exits, BAPI, BADI - some basic ability to read / debug ABAP.
Background with SalesForce dot com (salesforce.com) a plus.
