Responsibilities

· Provide technical expertise in implementation of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to meet Identity and Access Management business goals. Candidate must have direct, recent experience with OIM & OAM implementations, and demonstrate in-depth technical acumen.

· Designs and implements access management solutions to meet company productivity and security objectives using the Oracle Identity and Access Management products. Provides technical leadership is all aspects of OIM & OAM from early phase proposals through, design, code, test, deploy and maintain.

· In collaboration with management, designs solutions for authentication, authorization, and auditing.

· Works with project teams to ensure compliance with access management requirements and policies

· Collaboration across the organization with stakeholder data to develop and implement access policies governing access to confidential and other business data.

· Development and implementation of Oracle Identity Manager standards and processes

· Ability to develop cross-functional technical relationships and utilization of them in implementing solutions.

· Participation in the evaluation, selection and implementation of third-party access solutions.

· Change agent to drive continuous process improvements

· Exceptional ability to plan, communicate and lead efforts for infrastructure patches and upgrade.

· Stays abreast of relevant technologies.

· Works to solidify technical hardware & software infrastructure requirements, track milestones related to implementation.

· Works with management to track issues and risks. Works with teams to coordinate deliverables.



Required skills:

· Strong Oracle Identity Manager and Access Manager implementation experience

· Skilled and experienced with sizing for Oracle 11g

· Skilled and experienced in Oracle OAM migration from 10g to 11g

· Oracle Apps; Oracle Identity Management

· OIM. Oracle Identity Management – 10g & 11g, OAM. Oracle Access Management – 10g & 11g, Active Directory, Java, J2ee, JSP, XML, LDAP, SQL, Unix, NT
