- We are looking for a CC&B Technical Designer for our direct client in either Naperville, IL or Atlanta, GA for a 12 month contract with extensions
- The Designer ideally will be able to do development work as well (strong technical skills with extensive hands-on experience developing customizations for the Oracle Utilities CC&B 2.4 application).
- Broad functional knowledge of CC&B with at least 1-2 core functional areas (Billing, Payments, Credit & Collection, Field) Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B 2.4, with base configuration depth.
- Experience assessing requirements against an existing customized CCB implementation to formulate designs for a consolidated end state.
- Proven experience authoring Technical Designs, using a variey of CCB technologies and mentoring Developers Fluent in OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
- Fluent in the CCB data model with strong SQL skills & relational database knowledge
- Strong technical knowledge of at least 2 of the 3 CCB technologies commonly used: Micro-Focus Cobol, Java/HQL and CCB Configuration Tools (Scripting (BS, SS), portals, UI maps, Zones).
- Preferred experience with XAI Web Services, Oracle 12c Triggers and Store Procedures.
- Might be requested to be an Off-Shore Liaison which includes: Be a single point of contact to support off-shore development
- Ensure off-shore developer understand a given Technical Design Support / assist off-shore developers which may include general Q&A, may include Account Selection, may include resolution of technical challenges in code or in DEV environments
