Title: OBIEE Developer/Analyst
Location: Westerville,OH
Duration: 4-5 Months

Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline
Strong development experience with OBIEE/OBIA Financials
• 1-3 years of experience with BI and/or Hyperion solution, providing financial reporting and analytical solutions to Finance and Accounting departments.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the usage and performance of the OBIEE/OBIA Apps Dashboards. Recommend RPD or Dashboard modifications based on analysis of historical report usage
• 50/50 Techno/Functional Role

Day-to-Day:
• Maintains and updates financial systems and/or business intelligence systems. Supports implementation of new projects related to financial systems and business intelligence systems. Serves as a liaison between IT and departmental staff regarding required updates/changes in software. Facilitates single projects related to financial systems and/or business intelligence systems. Provides support to financial systems users, including delivering training
• Works directly with Accounting, Finance, and Operations leadership and staff to support their financial/analytical system needs.
• Identifies areas of improvement related to financial systems.
• Serves as key contact regarding functional questions for business intelligence systems.
• Participates in the testing of financial systems upgrades and modifications for Business Intelligence solutions, includes Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Hyperion Essbase.
• Provides end user support including moderate complexity issue resolution and acts as liaison for vendors, consultants, & IT staff.
• Performs analysis, develops recommendations and participates in the implementation of BI system-related process improvements, as well as implementation of new systems initiatives.
• Develops BI reporting solutions; provides consultative support to end users.
• Delivers training to users on business intelligence systems, & related processes.
• Supports technical development of reporting solutions and partner with IT counterparts to deliver business requirements.
• Maintains familiarity with current concepts, practices, and procedures in use in finance, accounting, and related fields.
• Works with company locations in support of financial business intelligence solutions, including remote locations in the region
